Do I need council approval?
In Queensland, expandable container homes are generally classified as relocatable structures. Approval requirements vary by council and intended use. We help guide you through the relevant DA or exemption pathway for your specific situation and local council area.
How long does delivery take?
From order confirmation to delivery and installation, the typical timeline is 8–11 weeks. This includes manufacturing time, shipping to Australia, and scheduling your installation. We'll give you a firm timeline when you place your order.
What areas do you service?
We deliver and install across all of South East Queensland, including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba, and surrounding regions. Contact us for delivery to regional Queensland.
Can I move the unit to a new location later?
Yes — that's one of the key advantages. The unit can be folded back down, lifted by crane or hiab, and transported to a new site. Your investment moves with you. Relocation costs depend on distance and access.
What's included in the price?
Each unit comes fully fitted with walls, insulation, flooring, ceiling, windows, doors, electrical wiring, and plumbing rough-in. Installation and connection to your existing services (power, water, waste) is quoted separately based on your site.
Are finance options available?
Yes — finance options are available to eligible customers. We can connect you with lending partners who specialise in relocatable and modular structures. Ask us about finance when you request your quote.
What warranty do the units come with?
Our units come with a manufacturer structural warranty. Electrical and plumbing work is carried out by licensed Australian trades and covered under standard Australian workmanship warranties. Full warranty details are provided with your order documentation.
Can I customise the interior layout or finishes?
Absolutely. We offer a range of wall panel colours, flooring options, door and window styles, and kitchen/bathroom configurations. Custom floor plans are available on our Custom Build option. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
